3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their specified duration. You will receive an email notification detailing your subscription, including auto-renewal terms when you sign up. 

4. Managing Your Subscription

You can easily manage your subscription through the customer portal on our website. Here’s what you can adjust:

  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Select different flavors or products
  • Skip a delivery if needed

Your order confirmation emails contain links to access and manage your subscription.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellations take effect immediately. Should you choose to cancel, you will not receive further deliveries, and future charges will cease.
